Customer Service at Reservations

They are completely awesome about my calling daily to ask about places that are full. Today I had a question for them too since I had been noticing posts saying they took our Apps away on the dinning plan. So I asked my CM what exactly comes with the meal plans? She told me she did not know. Now I remember from my days of working at Disney we were always told if you do not know the answer you must find it out for the guest. Never say I do not know. So I was shocked when she did not find out the answer for me. The best part was she had told me earlier in the conversation that she had been working or Disney for two years. Not to forget that this was the dinning line I was talking to.
