Custom phone case shop open in Launch Bay yet?

My daughters love to make the custom phone cases, which were in an area of the SW Launch Bay pre-COVID. I think Launch Bay had not been open, but I wondered if this area is now open? We go week after next, so fingers crossed that it is open, or maybe they moved it elsewhere in the parks? Thanks!

I saw one of the custom phone case order stations in the Backlot shop in DCA last week. The shop is currently all AC and Marvel merch but it looked like you could order any of the cases from the screen.
