Do you just call the restaurant directly to arrange this? We are having our anniversary dinner at Narcoosees and I wanted to have the custom menus prepared for my DH.

You requested a custom menu on the regular ADR line???

We didn't actually request a custom menu. Just the mention of a special event (anniversary, birthday, etc) was all it took.

The same thing happened to us at YSH. We just noted on our ADR that it was our anniversary and we had personalized menus waiting at our table when we arrived. It was a nice surprise!
