Custom CD's?

Do the WDW Forever custom cd kiosks still exist? I saw this on a WDW web page but am not sure if it's up to date.

Custom CDs -- Walt Disney World Forever may be purchased at the following locations:

* Inside Studio M at the Downtown Disney Marketplace
* Pizza Planet at the Disney-MGM Studios
* Journey Into Your Imagination at Epcot
* Across from Caravan Stage in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park
* Town Square Exposition Hall in the Magic Kingdom Park.

It's a Disney site, but the bottom line is whether those places actually are operational.
