I just started Curves. I was wondering, for those who go to Curves, how many days a week do you workout? They say at least 3 times a week, and I remember hearing that you are supposed to let your muscles rest a day between workouts. But I was thinking I would like to be doing the workout 4-5 times a week, but I am just wondering what everyone else is doing, and what your results have been. Thanks for the help!

, I will likely up it to 4-5 again, just for the discipline and stress relief (and Mommy time!). In those cases, on the odd days, I will work the recovery boards hard, and use the machines lightly.
