Current Value of DVC Contracts?

What's the best way for me to figure a current value of a DVC contract? I have a meeting next week with a financial planner, and one of the things I'm supposed to bring is the value of my timeshares. I own at BCV and HH. What would you use - lowest current resale price per point, Disney's price, or something else? What is Disney selling BCV and HH for right now - $92.00 a point? Thanks so much for any help!!!!

Also, where would I go to look for current rack rates for those resorts? I'd like to figure out how much I'd be spending this year if I hadn't bought DVC!!!!

Go to the Timeshare Store web site and look at a variety of contracts for your resort close in size to yours. Adjust for used, banked and borrowed points to get an average value per point over the term of the contract and apply that to your contracts. If you need net then factor in commission, closing costs and you can get the net. I have it set up in a spreadsheet so it is relatively easy to do whenever I want.
