Current transportation situation?

We haven’t used Disney transportation since COVID. We will this trip bc we are in the RV & don’t have a car.
Anyone have the current schedule for busses & boats, etc that is there now?
We want to get to the parks early, so I’m wondering what time transportation starts running from the fort. Any tips appreciated!

Transportation is running on the same schedule it always has, but with limited capacity. There is a bus from the Settlement to MK. The resort boats were not running last I heard between resorts yet, but in the COVID thread I believe someone said they are using the small boats to MK, also.

First boat this morning was 715. Co-worker of mine there now and said he hopped on boat at that time for 8am MK opening.

We took the bus to Wilderness lodge last night to eat at Gyser Point and watched the bigger boats leave Wilderness lodge for Fort wilderness. When we went down to the dock, around 9:00 pm the captain said they weren’t making any more fort wilderness runs that night, but radioed in and the dispatcher said it was ok, so we got our boat ride home.
