Current ToT Situation

With ToT operating at less than full capacity (I think), should this be a very high priority when booking Genie+? when also trying to the the 2 big Star Wars rides and Slinky? If yes, how much priority should it be given?

If you want Slinky first, I would book ToT second. If you don't want/care about Slinky definitely book ToT first. From what I saw on my May trip ToT was the second LL to sell out for the day alongside Slinky and very rarely did I see it come back up unlike the other LLs in Hollywood Studios.

Definitely. According to thrill-data.com, both Slinky and Tower have been "selling out" in the 10:30 to11:30 range this past week.

Railway, Falcon, and RnRC have all been lasting well into the mid- and late-afternoon.

So rope drop ToT and Genie Slinky? Or visa versa?

I think fewer people head to ToT than Slinky at rope drop. We rope dropped ToT during early entry in March, and we are out in time to be able to walk onto Rock n Roller Coaster.
