Current pricing of the older resorts?

Ok folk. We are biting the bullet and calling our guide today to see about a BWV or BCV for 120 pt contract. We are not in a hurry for these points so we don't mind waiting!

I was offered $60 a point for the 50 points I'm trying to sell by Disney...

At least they've raised their offer a little.

Anyone ever sell their contract without the help of a broker? Seems like there are a lot of folks out there dying for a 50 pt contract at BCV, (us included). We never seem quick enough to snatch them up at TTS. I'm guessing you would need a lawyer to write up the contract but it would still likely be cheaper than the commision through a resaler.
Just wondering.
