I was wondering if anyone could tell me what disney is selling the following for, price per point, i realize they may not have them, but i was just wondering what they are. i kno that SSR is 104 now

SSR = $101 pp - $10 incentive = $91 (min 50 pts.)

BCV = $95

HHI = $92 - $5 incentive = $87 (min. 50 pts.)
VB = $92 - $5 incentive = $87 (min 50 pts.)

For new or prospective members:

AKV = $104 - $8 incentive = $96 (must buy in at 160 pts.)
SSR = $104 - $10 incentive = $94 " "

I am not sure on this one, but I know someone on this board will have the info. I can reacall when we first went through our tour, the financing over 10 years was approximately 10%, but I am not certain of now.

If you finance for one year with 50% down the rate is 4.8 or about.
it is a good deal as you can get over 5% with a lot of on line banks
for what ever other term you wnat it is over 10% the exact?

We have not yet closed on our first purchase - a resale that has already passed ROFR, but I am interested in adding on in the future...although probably not this year. I was wondering how often there are price incentives for members to purchase and what number of points are the incentives usually offered on?

We would most likely be interested in AKV but probably only a small add-on anywhere between 35 and 50 points. The incentives to member currently on VB and HH give me some hope that somewhere down the line we could buy in at a discount.

Anyone with any kind of a history of incentive offers out there?

10.75% is the currenet finance option.

For 10 years (and I think for 5, too):

"Preferred" financing is 10% down and 10.75% interest.

"Standard" financing is at LEAST 10% down (and possibly more) and 14.25% interest.

At least, that's what our guide told us..and I think it's what was on the "promo" docs that came with the DVD and dream book.

I'm not sure of the rates on the shorter terms off the top of my head...I'll check tonight and if no one else has gotten back to you, I'll post 'em.
