Current prices for living in Vista Way and Chatham

Anyone know what the fall advantage 2011 prices will be for Vista Way and Chatham? I know it is cheaper the more roomies you have but what is the cost of say a 3 bedroom at Vista Way vs. a 2 bedroom at Vista and a 3 bedroom at Chatham vs a 2 bedroom at Chatham? Thanks so much.

My last program 3 of the apts I spend the most time in were 1 bedrooms and we all arrived end of august.

It really just depends on what is available. People will be moving out from Spring Advantage, so you never really know. I would suggest getting there early for the best shot at it

No at Vista 2 bedrooms has 2 bathrooms. The 3 bedroom has 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has one it it and the other 2 have to share one. I'm not sure how it is at Chatham, as I lived in a 4 bedroom there before and that was 2.5 bathrooms.
