Current prices for DVC

Hello all....I posted this before but I guess it was in the wrong place...need some advice....A couple of years ago we bought into the vacation club at Fort Wilderness...but immediately after there was illness in the family and could not swing the money...so...now....things are better(thank God) and we are considering it again....more than considering I must say...but we are going on the Magic on 11/30 and spending 5 nights in POR after the cruise....does anyone know what the current price per point is and what resort is selling at the present time...also...are there any special deals that Disney is offering....any special financing deals.....just would like to be prepared before we go....and if the points are going up soon I may do it over the phone....thanks for any info....

Onsite, DVC is selling only Beach Club Villas. Current pricing is $80 per point, which will rise to $84 on Dec 1, 2002.

If you are interested in any of the other resorts (Boardwalk Villas, Old Key West or Villas at Wilderness Lodge), you should look at a resale- where you will likely find a lower rate.
