Are the short pool hours a permanent thing does anyone know? We holiday in August and enjoy swimming later than 9pm.

WDW resort pool hours change for the seasons. Once spring break hits they will be a little longer. Then when Summer hits they will be even longer. Then after Labor Day start reducing again.
