Get one at the dollar store. 2 bucks. They are light and portable. No getting good and gouged at the Disney joint. We have a couple we bought years ago at Disney. They have Mickey on the back are extremely durable. But they take up lots of space rolled up in your bag.
My wife just bought a bunch for 97 cents each at WalMart .. I am pretty sure we'll get what we pay for (not durable .. etc.) .. but for something we HOPE we won't use (or very long) .. shouldn't be a big deal.
My sister said 9ish...but after they had just gotten them on two of theirs ripped at the neck and they ended up tossing them ..she wasn't very happy with them. We always get the $ store ones ...
They're 10 dollars but they lasted us a 2 week trip and another 1 week trip in March and they are still usable. Worth the cost. (It rained almost every day on our two week trip)

Keep your receipts. One of ours tore, and they were happy to replace it. The CM said if we had any more trouble, to show the receipt and they'd be replace.
IKEA has some great ones, with a carry pouch. Comes in black, gray and white, and red and white. The dollar store ones were no more than a dry cleaning bag. Good for sudden 15 minute downpour, but useless for a rainy day in the park.

I've never had to show a receipt to get one replaced. If someone asks you for a receipt, I'd just move on to the next gift shop and try again. I was told more than once that no receipt was required.
