Current point price and are there other fees involved??????????

Hi

Can anyone tell me the current point price at SSR? Is it $90 or $98 per point?
And after the loan is paid off, do I just pay the dues or are there other fees involved

It is currently $98 pp, but DVC is offering an $8 incentive, so that effectively adds up to $90 pp. But, that's only until end of month. Next month, the price will go up to $101 pp for non-members (price will go up a few months after that for members as well). Don't know what type of incentive DVC will offer once they increase the price pp next month.

Once the loan is paid off, you are only responsible for your annual dues, although they average 4% increase each year (in other words, your dues might be roughly $4 pp in 2006, but in 2007 they might be roughly $4.15 pp; also dues are slightly different at each resort).
