My wife is curious as to what the current platinum stateroom gift is. A photo would be appreciated; however, a description will be fine as well. We have so many gold bags...

Well, it will be at least a platinum bag. Really, a black bag. Depending on the cruise you're taking it may be a beach bag or a sling bag (shoulder pack). The basic CC gift is a bag, with added items for Gold and Platinum levels.

Thank you! We are doing a western on the Fantasy... we were hoping they changed the CC gift as they do every few years.

just got off yesterday

We received the black beach bag and a photo album. Also choice of a bottle of wine, chocs or something else (can't remember what). Free palo (we had brunch) and 10% off in the shops.

The "extra" perks for being Gold (over Silver) are the Castaway Club reception and "Special Merchandise Offering". Platinum also gets those plus Priority Check in at cruise terminal and a free dinner at Palo. The benefits page does say "dinner", but many have reported getting brunch instead.

Thanks, Lorraine!! We have so many Castaway bags and backpacks, oh well. I knew the Platinum benefits except the bottle of wine; I just started reading this benefit this week. A nice surprise!! And I totally sympathize with the first day back blues. That's why we have to book our next cruise onboard
