Current mug design at POR

Can anyone describe the current refillable mug design at the POR resort (or a photo would be great)?

We just got our mugs 3 weeks ago. The design has purple lids and handles. The main mug part is white with characters in purple and pink walking on yellowy grass stuff.

It says Disney's Port Orleans in green writing.

The characters are Goofy and Donald playing the trumpet and guitar/banjo - like the French Quarter part of PO. And Mickey and one of his nephews are fishing - like the Riverside part of PO.

So they are slightly different to these thne:

There are 3 designs of mugs at POR....the one shown in your picture and the purple / white ones cavepig mentioned. There are 2 styles of "green / white " mugs

The ones in your picture are the wider ones and the purple and white ones are the somewhat taller skinny ones which also come in green & white .

For some reason , I think I measured which one holds more...it might be the taller skinnier mugs.

We still have the old DXL "red / white " mugs.

They only had the purple/white ones, which were sold in both the fat style and the tall and skinny style.

The green/yellow ones were the ones pictured on the signs above the drink fountains, so they must have just recently switched designs.

The smaller wider "purple / white " mugs look better than the smaller "green / white " ones.

Do you know if they have any style of the "green / white " ones ?

When we bought ours 3 weeks ago they didn't have any of the green mugs for sale, only purple/white ones.

AH...HA !!!!!

If thats the case...and they have no more "green / white " ones for sale BUT only "purple / white " ones.....could that be Disneys way of knowing when you purchased your mug ?????

Could this be the beginning of the end of the "great mug debate"?

Could it be they are in the beginning stages of changing mug styles ? HMMMMMMM
