Current list of QS locations *without* a Children’s Menu

With all of the child quick service credit issues, I’m wondering if it would be helpful to compile a list of dining locations that definitely do not (as of today) have a children’s menu offering, so these restaurants can be avoided if they truly aren’t allowing children to order using their credits. If this changes (restaurants add children’s options, allow for smaller portions to be used as a credit, etc) I’ll try to update this OP.

So, as of January 5th, 2020, what doesn’t currently have a children’s menu?

It has been reported that Casey's Corner does have a childrens' menu and you just need to ask.
