Current incentives

I have been wanting to add-on points again for a few months, and have been checking out the resale market. I could always use more, but I can comfortably afford only 25-50 right now, and adding closing costs to a small resale doesn't save us much money. What are the current incentives through Disney for purchasing through them. Resort doesn't really matter to me(even though the 10 extra years at SSR is tempting) because I just need these points to add an extra room every now and then for family to join us, and in our family, planning even 7 months ahead is more than most can accomplish. Also, what is the current price per point(I am so out of the loop!)? Thanks!

The current price is $89.00 per point. I have read from other posts that the latest incentive is you have the choice of a $5 per point discount and you keep the points or a $10 Magical Beginnings discount and Disney keeps the first years points. Not sure if that continued past 1-31 or not but it seemed new so I think its still going on.
