As of December 3, it was Kemisha, Amanda, and PJ. PJ had just arrived back from vacation in Australia on Nov. 26 and replaced Tawanda.

I used to think it was strange when people asked this question, but, after getting to know some of the concierges, who remembered me on my second trip, I understand why it is important.

Heck, our stateroom host remembered us in Concierge on the 11/26/16 cruise, and we weren't even on his hallway the last time we sailed Fantasy Concierge. We were port and he was starboard.

Thanks! Glad to hear Kemisha is there! Hoping she'll still be there in February! She was on our first cruise five years ago and we saw her again last year. And in the "they remember" category, the room steward from our first cruise remembered us by sight and name when we cruised last year...four years after we met him on our first cruise! Whether or not they have a cheat sheet for "remembering" repeat cruisers, we were impressed, happy to see him, and grateful for the feeling that resulted.
