Current costs of adding on

We are looking at adding on about 60 points at either SSR or OKW.

Where can I find the information on the closing costs and down payment required? I feel like I am overlooking the obvious.

I did find the price list on the dvcnews.com website but couldn't find the other information.

Down payment will be a minimum of 10%. Closing costs on direct add-ons is new and I believe varies based on the number of points.
