I do all the hiring paperwork/payroll here at the office, so I'm speaking from my experience and what we do here, when it comes to the paperwork that the employee's fill out.

I am a legal immigrant and a naturalized American citizen. I was hired and rehired by Disney four times. Each time I was rehired I went through an intensive verification process. It wasn’t a rubber stamp.

Granted, it was years ago so I can’t speak to whether or not the process has changed.

If so ... my daughter is very into making / colouring cards for everyone at the moment. I think she would get a real kick out of making cards for the characters she meets on our upcoming cruise. Is that allowed? That is, will the characters be able to "accept" the card and hand it to their handler?
