curious George

afternoon everyone. I have a bit of a strange question... being from the UK we do not get anything curious George related and my son loves him! I buy bits sometimes off eBay but their expensive. my mum and dad are heading to Chicago and Washington for a holiday next week. can anyone suggest any shops they can go to for curious George bits? looking for clothes, toys, cups etc? I don't want them to spend the whole time looking for stuff and thought if anyone knows of a well known shop that stocks bits I would ask them to go there. thanks in advance.

I find eBay expensive, too! While I have never ordered from either, thecuriousgeorgestore.com & pbskids.org store both sell a good amount of curious George items. The first has international shipping but didn't see if the second does. You'll always be able to find movies at Target & Walmart but other items can be hit or miss I would guess. Good luck!

My son used to love Curious George. Sorry that I got rid of all of his stuff or I would send it to you. As for where to buy it, we got a lot at Target. I believe they still have al of the dvds.

Awe ~ I love CG! DS was CG for Halloween when he was 2 and a 1/2!

A bit before then Walmart was selling cute CG rompers for infant/toddler boys, he had several and I sold several on ebay

Universal Orlando has a whole Curious George play area. I do believe they sell CG merchandise there.

I just got an email from Kohl's - their Kohl's Cares division has Curious George books and plush for their charity right now. So if it's not too late tell them to go to Kohl's in the Washington area, they should be right out front near the cash registers.
