Curious Fast Pass Question

We will be driving to WDW in Nov for an 8 day stay at POFQ. It is about an 8 hour drive to WDW from home. I realized this weekend that we could stay at All Star Movie Resort cheaper than a Hampton Inn on arrival day. (Thanks to the back to school special). We will get up the next morning and move the car to French Quarter and go to the parks until our rooms are ready. I was very surprised when the choice to customized another set of Magic Bands showed up in MDE.
Does this mean I can get Fast Passes for the whole trip one day earlier, also?

If you have tickets linked separately (not a package), you can book FPs for all your park days when your window opens 60 days before your Movies check-in date.

Or, when that window opens, book for all your FQ park days.

I have 7 day tickets with a dining package, so I guess the answer is FP can be booked with that reservation. Thanks!!!!
