Yes! And if they are proved to be fake, I will be extremly disapointed.

I have had a few "odd" type things happen here.....one was the night my godson was dying- I was laying on the aerobed on the living room floor with my 2 1/2 year old daughter and Matts sister...we didn't tell my daughter anything about him dying, she was to yong to understand most of it but that night we were laying there and all of a sudden she starts waving at the ceiling saying "hi matthew"...then she looks at us and says "mommy, Brittany say hi to Matthew" we said "where is he" and she said "mommy he is right there by the ceiling....then she waved and said "good bye Matt" and she told us he was not in the living room with us anymore....it was really creepy..that night he died.
Another odd thing was I was sleeping and kept getting woken up by a dream, it was Matt telling me to congratulate this girl he went to school with that he liked and that treated him so nice when he was sick...I went back to sleep and awoke with the same dream, happend 4 or 5 times and finally I said outloud "fine, I will" and then I found out she was picked as valedictorian and got into Harvard...I did send her a card and told her about my dream and she said she had been thinking of him alot that month, he would have been graduating with her and they were deciding what they were going to do for him-they did a moment of silence, an empty chair, the girl spoke of him in her speech and the superintendant of schools talked of him at graduation....so I do believe in them to some extent.

Definitely!

I have had first hand experience. My first apartment was in a really, really old house. It had a ghost with a sense of humor that would open the shower curtain when I wasn't home. Every day, I would make sure it was closed, and sure enough, many times I would return to find it open! This is the same ghost that someone stacked a storage room full of empty boxes into neat little piles after I moved in. As we unpacked the boxes, we tossed them through a window and into this room. The next day, the boxes were a mess when I left the house, and were stacked neatly when I returned. We had changed the lock ourselves, so we knew there was nobody else with a key.

There have been other supernatural experiences, but that first apartment was the spookiest. I didnt' believe in ghosts until then.

I have never seen one, or at least that I was aware of, but I do have a curiosity about ghosts. I have heard enough first-hand accounts from a lot of very credible people to completely dismiss the notion. When I'm gone I'll be very upset if I don't get to haunt...

Absolutely, yes, I believe there are spirit entities. However, not the defintion of what most people think ghosts are, I do not think they are actual spirts of dead people, though they may take on that appearance.

I think spirits exist, but perhaps not in the way most people think of "ghosts." (i.e. Casper.)

Yes Definitely.

Remember don't be afraid of ghosts because one day you'll be one. :rotfl:

I have never seen anything that would make me believe they exist.

Do they exist? More people believe they do and many have seen some form of a ghost or spirit.

I do believe you can feel a persons presence at certain times. Or an uneasy feeling about certain places. I'm the kind of person who believes seeing is believing and I've never seen anything that would make me believe. Most voices I hear or things I've seen can be explained plain and simple.

I do love a good ghost story.

Yes, ever since I experienced the "Spook Light" in Joplin, MO. firsthand.

One week to the day after my uncle died I watched my dog run to the back door wag his tail expectantly and peer at something through the French door in the mud room. It sounded like someone came in and my husband opened the door and said is anyone there? It was such a real feeling that my husband went to the outer back door and opened it. He came back in the room and the tv just turned off. No rhyme no reason. I knew it was my uncle coming through to us. It is funny b/c when he would come to my house he would always either turn on my kitchen tv OR try to fix the reception. If you have had an experience like this (of which I have had many) you truly know it.

If you do not believe in ghosts then you do not believe in life after death.

I do believe in ghosts, I have never had any encounters with them, but I still believe...

and let me just say Sixth Sense is really spooky to me...that is how I imagine them being around!

I didn't until something seriously creepy happened to me while staying in an old inn on Cape Cod. I guess that I do now...and I stay away from old Inns now :rotfl2:

Oh, yes.

Ms. Turner, you better start believing in ghost stories; you're in one!

I will be spending next weekend in Salem, MA in an inn built in 1854. The weekend is partly to celebrate the new Harry Potter book in the witchcraft and wizardry capital of the country but also a ghost hunting expedition. I'll let you all know if we see anything. :)
