My wife and I were lucky enough to eat at Victoria and Albert's during our honeymoon in October 2007 (stayed at BCV). We decided to dish out extra to do the wine pairings and were glad we did. It made the food taste even more fantastic than it already was.

We were so close to getting the chef's table and are curious to hear about what it is like and if it is worth it - considering we are Disney Foodies this is our dining MECCA. We won't be able to go back to V & A for a long time (probably for our 10 year vow renewal)

Anyone out there able to experience the chef's table at V&A's? What was it like?

Here is a recent menu frm CT.

I did not participate in the wine pairings. But it is definitely worth it. Judy was a gourmet cook and said being at the CT was the best cooking lession she ever had.
