If the thread is going to stay, it should stay with the original post, so that others who come on board to read it understand what the discussion is about. When the OP deleted her post, she did not eliminate, by virtue of other comments already made and kept in this thread, the identity of the DISer in question. Again...I do. Yes, you are. Why, YES, I am! Again, I stand by my comments that it's INAPPROPRIATE for the DIS to allow a thread discussing a PARTICULAR poster and his mental status to stay here.

I had already been quoted from MY original post so it really was not necessary to re-post the OP again. ALSO I AM NOT THE ONE who chose to write about more identifying information about him NOR was I the one (or several others) that used his initials of his posting identity. I edited my original post to try to get folks from responding anymore. Lets face it...there are lots of people on this board that LOVE to stir the pot as much as possible. This thread is proof. I have asked for it to be closed...NOT because of what I wrote...I was curious about it and had been for a MONTHS as well as DOZENS of other people...but because I was tired of getting flamed for asking a question that many othere really wanted to know. If it OFFENDS you or anyone else that much then go away and put me on ignore or sign off or just don't read it.

I support the OP - even though we ALL knew who she was talking about. Cmon, when you post the way FC does you open yourself up to these kind of questions. Especially if you post that way on purpose....and since he can clearly post in a non-childlike way we can reason that he is posting that way on purpose.

Would you gather in a group of people and question their mental state and how to respond to them with the person in question standing 2 feet away? I don't think anyone would. I'm not flaming the OP, but I just don't think this was in good taste. Mum, I have no problem with you and wouldn't put you on ignore for this. I think your questions were valid. But to post them on the board like that I think it's inappropriate.

I have to agree with you and that's why I avoid the person as well. I don't feel the OP deserved to be treated in the manner in which she has been. If the poster in question is doing this as a joke or to stir up trouble, then flame him, not the OP. Something just doesn't feel right or pass the smell test with that poster, IMO.

what's scary is that the poster in question can "post" in a mature adult manner, but likes to pose/post in a child like manner....I can only imagine this on the 'net. What's worse is all the "encouragement" the person gets for doing so.
