Curbside Check-in Tipping?

Yes I do, as sometimes its worth the extra couple $$ just to have your luggage checked there and have it done with...I usually give $1.00 per bag, sometimes a bit more if the attendent is really good...

Skycaps are not normally paid by the airlines and are dependent on tips. To help ensure your luggage arrives with you I recommend tipping. I generally do $2 a bag. If you are trying to sneak a bag in that is over the weight limit, tip more and have it out an showing!

we ran into one, (our first time on vacation) and the guy snapped at my wife, because he stated they are NOT employed by the airline. and that they only get paid tips and not hourly...(of course, he could have been lying, he was a (censored for young eyes)

The skycap is your friend if you treat him right. I tip at least $1-2 a bag. If they are heavy I tip even more. If I have to get the suitcases out of trunk then they don't get as much.

They don't work for the airlines and they do depend on tips.
