How does Curative work? First I’m hearing of this one.

Definitely. We have beeper for the 23rd but I’m assuming it’s a lost cause so I’ll try Walgreens with this as backup! Thx for posting!

We were going to book for the 8am too but decided we didn't want to miss out on the early resort guest hours. So we figure we will go for a few hours and then go get the tests done.

I have beeper booked for christmas day and the 26th booked with curative. I probably won't bother trying to get walgreens when I am down there. Not so sure how I feel about testing less than 24 hours before our flight. If any of us did test positive we would lose out on our fares as Westjet requires 24 hour cancellation to get a credit.

I have added this to my growing list for our test day in Feb. We will be in the lower keys during that time...so testing/ sites is limited in that area. I will just make an exploring day so we can drive farther if need be

Thanks for posting, I have not heard of them before. Is this only drive-thru testing like Walgreen? Which location is closest to Disney world do you know?

I did a Curative test at a location in an old mall parking lot. There they had a tent and truck setup where you would park and walk up. I don't know if they had a rapid rest there but the PCR test that we did there came back in about 30 hours.

You shouldn’t have to need to upload ID. They have a button that says no ID and then the next next screen is an attestation to it. None of these places need a copy of your ID; I’m pretty protective of mine. We flew w AA in Oct to MCO and they use some garbage 3rd party app for test verification and I refused to use it (first thing they wanted was for me to upload a pic of myself; they don’t need that. Doc verification was done at check in. The app reviews would have been zero if ppl were allowed to give that)

Has anyone actually use Curative for the Rapid PCR test, near Disney World? Is the Hawaiian Rumble location drive-thru, or a walk-up tent? It’s not clear on their website. We have appts booked for Dec 23 in the afternoon at this location and also Walgreens 5180 W Islo Bronson Memorial. I know Walgreens is a drive-thru test. Just wondering about this one. It would be easier (I suppose) if it’s not a drive-thru as we won‘t have a vehicle. On the other hand, so many more reports from Canadians using Walgreens.

That’s too funny, our appt is 3-3:30
Thank you for your kind words. If this is a walk up site, then we would take Uber each way. If it’s drive-thru, we will probably stick with Walgreens.
