Cupcake decorating classes - Non Park Days

I thought this would be a good place to post this. My friend and I are looking to expand our bakery to the Florida area. We already offer themed cupcake decorating classes here. Does anyone think that on non park days people would be interested in having a themed cupcake decorating class at their resort.

We do some that are mommy and me or adults only with a cocktails and cupcake type of deal.

Any thoughts?
