Who's been/is on it and whats your experience been of it so far? What is it like there for people under the age of 21? Is it any easier/harder than if your 21+. what was the basic information you put on for your cover letter? and is there anything I missed that I should probably be asking because it will be useful for me?

Argh so many questions xD Sorry to just throw them out there, but I am just trying to lay things out in my head so I can understand it more.. If that makes sense xD

I watch some VLOGS on youtube about it Cazzue and couldn't find much on it, but the Vlogs were great! Ive made it to the next level for the Cultural Rep program for starting between July 2011 and December 2011 I was surprised as they are still allowing applications for Canada til December so I'm pretty stoked.
I can tell you it starts applyin with a certain job agency depending what country you are from. Then they respond via email letting you know if you go to the next phase. The next phase is a phone interview, if you pass that you do a face to face interview in the cities they choose. After that they let you know if you got it or not.

If you get chosen you will be in F&B, Merch or Attractions at the Epcot country pavillion you represent. From what I gather from the boards and other things are alot of the CRs live in the Commons but they also live in some of the other buildings too. Disney provides transportation. If you want I can show you in pm some info they sent me about pay rates, living rates, jobs and interview process let me know!
