What is the Policy or LAW regarding bringing Cuban Cigars Back into the US?
I Had heard that you could as long as it was not for resale?

That's true, provided the value of such cigars does not exceed $100 U.S., and the cigars are for your personal use — but only if you're returning from a licensed visit to Cuba. So, any Cuban cigars that you buy in a foreign port on your Disney Cruise may not be brought into to the U.S.

See the U.S. Government's Cuban Cigar Update for the details.

My idea would be to buy them. Smoke as many as possible on the ship then dump the rest overboard.
