Cub Scout Leaders

I posted something similar in a thread on the CB, but thought I would try here too

I am a Bear Cub Leader (3rd grade, ages 8-9) near Chicago and we are trying to find an international den to communicate with. Email, snail mail, and hopefully a patch exchange of some sort. Id even be willing to include a copy of our handbook to compare the programs.
If you are interested, or know someone who might be, please let me know.

I'm a county scouter here in the UK.
I write and produce the Bristol gang show - all my cast members are made up of cubs, scouts, explorers and adult leaders.
So I have lots of contacts with people in Scouting.
What age are bear scouts? 8+?

Bears are in 3rd grade. So they are 8 and 9 years old. I have 5 boys in my den

I have a cub pack in mind based in Staple Hill in Bristol if you are interested. Cubs here are between 8-11.
My friend Sue runs a pack that meets on Friday nights they have about 20 Cubs altogther, I'm sure they might be interested in pen palling, emailing etc.
I'll email her.

Sounds good to me. Although I only have 5 boys in my Den. I could ask around the Pack to see if some of the other dens might be interested.
