CSR Refillable Mug question...

This is a cut and paste directly from the WDW website. It's on the CSR page, on the right towards the bottom.
"TIPS & FUN FACTS Purchase a refillable mug, available at the Pepper Market and La Tienda, to enjoy unlimited hot and cold beverages from Riverside Mill and Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory at Disney's Port Orleans Resort French Quarter throughout your stay."
When did they change the mug rules?

Sounds like they have it for the wrong resort. It is only good for the resort in which you purchased the mug.

Looks like an error to me. I think the names got messed up. Although it says you can purchase at the CSR sites, it names PO restaurants as to where they can be refilled which obviously doesn't make sense.

Disney will be giving out a less free soda if guests from CSR have to go over to PO-R or POFQ to refill their mugs.
