Been upgraded to CSR. Never stayed there before. Have a couple questions. Can you opt out of mouse keeping? Is the main building the only place to refill drink cups or is there a station near the main pool?

You can refill at Cafe Rix, Pepperside Market, and Siesta's Cantina Poolside Bar & Grill. I also believe that you can opt-out of mousekeeping.

Yep, you can definitely opt out of mousekeeping. ...and as PP stated, LOTS of places to refill drinks.
