CSR Questions on Room Location

Hi all - I'm staying at CSR for the first time in just over 2 weeks!

My DW is hard of hearing - not really an issue because all TV's in the rooms have captioning and she'll never be without my DD4, DM or me.

My DM is permanently/partially disabled with lower back damage. She gets around well without the use of a cane/walker/wheelchair but walking for long periods of time without a break can be damaging and a challenge for her.

I know CSR is big and I'm trying to figure out if I should request a specific building or if I should call Disney and tell them about my situation to see if our room location could be closer to the main building?

For those familiar with CSR - what should I do if anything?

If it's not too much money you could try business class, the rooms are probably the closest to restaurant, lobby and bus stop 1. Plus you then get the lounge in the morning and evening.
