CSR Mug Question

I am doing a split stay between POR and CSR. I understand CSR doesn't use the refillable mug all the other resorts have. Does this mean I have to purchase another mug when I get to CSR, or will they allow us to use the mug we purchase at POR?

You would need to purchase the CSR logo mugs, so could not use the YOAMD mug that you got at POR.

I just got back from a split stay at CSR and POP, and had to buy 2 mugs. They're totally different. CSR's was cheaper and bigger!

Sorry, don't understand your reply..or if it is even directed to my question. So, could you please tell me if Yacht Club and AKL are still using YOAMD mugs or if they have their own mugs with their resort names on them (or do you have a choice between the two?)???

We've not stayed at CSR in several years but why would they have their own mug and not the same one as every other resort meaning the YOAMD mug?

Anyone have a pic of this CSR mug? I know years ago they had 2 sizes with the same design but not just a bigger mug.

It's because their dining locations are not owned by WDW.

Do you think they might buy the YC and AKL restaurants before I get down there July 1st ?? Yes, I really want RESORT mugs, not the generic YOAMD mugs, can you tell ??

CSR is a convention resort and WDW leased the operation of CSR's food court and pool bar to a outside company when CSR was built.

Try shopping at garage sales or EBay to try to complete your refill mug collection. EBay has a YC refill mug listed right now.
