CSR in September?

Anyone know why CSR is not available for the first part of September? I was trying to see what prices would be but the Disney site keeps saying that the resort is not available. Could it be completely booked already?

In talking to the manager at Panchitos, she stated that there are a few companies that book all 1,921 rooms each year during the same week. Car Max, Grainger and a few others. So during those weeks, no one else can book a room. She had a sheet of paper with a listing of all conventions. I'd love to get my hands on that every week.
