CSR building connection?

From a map I found of CSR on www.kingdom-travel.com, it looks like the Casitas building is attached somehow to the main building. It is just a walkway? Can someone confirm for me? Thanks!

Most of Castias are connected buy covered walkways to the peppermarket.
Great for staying out of the sun or rain. Also all MODs are exterior walkways.

Casita 1 is connected to the convention center. You can get to the main building this way but you have to walk down a long hallway past the business center.

ps - that map is incorrect. Those are not the correct building numbers. Use the map on my website below.
