CSR=Beautiful

In two weeks from today, we'll be at CSR for the first time! YEAHH!!!!!!! Six days with just my DH and I~no kids! Even more YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But my biggest fear is the weather. We're from CA, and I don't do humidity well AT ALL. We were there last time Sept/Oct 05, and the humidity nearly killed me. What can I expect this time????

Have a great time! Humidity wasn't to bad for us (Feb. is a good month down there, not like the summer) except one day it felt warm and humid.

Sound like you had a nice stay. We were there in Aug. It's a really nice place very relaxing.

How did you hurt your ankle, at the parks?

No I did not hurt it at the parks. On our arrival day we were headed up to find our room, and my husband got into the elevator and then I walked in and slipped on something and down I went! I twisted my ankle and I have had a previous ligament tear in that same ankle, so it does not take much for that to flare up!! There is really not much you can do about it but take it easy which we did kind of, and put it up when I could and ice it, after a few days I wrapped it in an ace bandage which helped a little. But I still managed to hobble around the parks, and we took breaks and I would just put up my foot onto my husbands knee!! Quite a site. We still had a great tiime despite that anyway.

The weather was gorgeous the entire week!!! As we got on the plane to come home our pilot mentioned how Syracuse, NY was a balmy 25 degrees, lol, and said if anyone wanted to get off he wouldn't blame them, it was very tempting, lol! Thanks to Buzz and everyone else's helpful information! This is a place we will definitely go back to

I went to school at SU during the early 80's. I remember some of those snow storms.

Okay...NO sympathy from me, guys. At least you've been to Florida this year. We don't go until September and they are predicting anywhere from 6-9 inches here tonight through tomorrow. UGH...when will spring get here.

I can't believe I was by the pool on Wed and now its freezing cold. This stinks!
