CSR and fridge?

Is anyone just back from Coronado Springs? Did you have a fridge in your room? (Or do you need to request one?) Thanks!

I don't think they are putting fridges in guest rooms. You have to call housekeeping to request one. That is what we did in August.

But are they charging you for one or are they complimentary?

I read on the CSR thread that some folks received a fridge and were not charged.

I just spoke with a CM at CRO who said that they now come for free in all mods and deluxes!

My friend just checked into CSR today - they are in the Ranchos section - no fridge in the room. She asked a CM and they told her that all rooms were supposed to have them by now -for free - she was going to call the front desk and check it out. I'll let you know if I hear from her again.

When you get there and one isn't in the room call and request one. It is supposed to be free.

I am sure they are behind in installing them because of the hurricanes.

Requested one last week at CSR. It was in our room before we were, and it was free.

We checked into Casitas - #3215 on the 9th. No fridge, called to request one, were told we would have one within the hour ... 2 hours later and no fridge. We left to go have supper, got back, no fridge. I told DH to just forget about it. We were tired and frustrated anyhow due to the bad luggage transfer experience from CBR that morning.

However, we left on the 13th at 10 a.m. and when we got back at 3 p.m. we had a fridge and were not charged for it.

I'm not sure if that was due to our request or maybe they had installed fridges that day in all the rooms, we never asked.

We just got back on 10/17-
When checking in we were asked if we wanted one free of charge! ANd they gave us micro too for free!
