With the season premier this week, what does everyone think Warricks fate will be? Will they really kill him off?

I read and article about how he will be back, and not as a flashback, which makes me think he will live (although not sure how he could survive being shot in the head.) Then I remember that the actor who plays Warrick (can't remember his name) did not sign his contract for another season which makes me think they will kill him off.

What do YOU think?????

Shot in the neck actually, not the head. I'm sure he's gone.

He actually got sentenced to drug treatment instead of 44 months of jail time for cocaine and ecstasy possession.

I think Warrick is gone. As sad as that is, what really bothers me is the fact that Grissom is leaving

DH is a stickler for details. In a movie/tv show if your shooting a 6 shot revolver, you had better only hear 6 "bangs". So when he gives an option, he goes with basic facts.

So with that, if you go with the commercial showing Warricks eye open and the pupil undialated, he's not dead, yet. If he was dead, the eye would be dialated, it's not at all what they show in the commercial. And we all know how much they like to tease in their advertisments.

Is he gone by the end of the 1st episode or the next, more than likely yes. Our take is he is alive long enough to point them on the track to the under-sherrif. If he survives, thank that CSI gods, one more saving grace once Gil is gone. (Plus as a side note, on CSI Miami, they did shoot Eric in the head and he survived, so I am really hoping for Warrick sticking around.)

We sure were wishing him and Willows would hook up and by killing him off, that went out the window.

I think Dourdan is/will be gone.

On ET/The Insider, they were talking with Helgenberger and she was saying there were a lot of surprises coming.

I don't think I'll be watching after Peterson leaves, don't think Fishburne can pull it off.

Either way is good with me I absolutely loved him in To Live or Die in L.A. and Manhunter. But, he is aging beautifully!
