CS with TS credits?/How does Payment work

I'm planning on taking my family to Disney. I like the idea of doing the deluxe DDP so that everyone feels free to order whatever they want without worrying about the price tag. However, we will probably have at least one afternoon, if not two where we want to do CS instead of TS. Can we use TS credits for CS meals? I'd feel silly paying OOP for these and then having the TS credits go unused.

Secondly, when paying, can you just have everything charged to your credit card linked to your key to the kingdom card? If so, I could implement my own "dining plan" so that everyone feels entitled to order whatever off the menu, and I could just pick up the tab at the end.

With DXDP you don't have TS and CS credits, you have meal credits that can be used at either CS or TS locations

and yes, if everyone has charging options on their room keys everyone can charge any where.....
