CS Resturants in MK before MNSSHP?

On a night when there's MNSSHP and the park closes at 7:00 to the general public, do the CS resturants stay open at least until 7:00? I know that in the off season, when the park closed at 7:00 but there was nothing afterwards, the CS places were closing as early as 5:00, so I was left with nowhere to eat. I'm hoping it's different on MNSSHP night, and I can eat at CHS at 6:00. Anyone with experience?

Pecos Bill's, Cosmic Ray's, and Casey's all stay open during the party. Columbia Harbor House will be closed by 6PM on a party day. I don't remember for sure whether it actually closes at six exactly, but that would be the absolute latest it is open. I'm thinking it's 5:30.

CHH tends to close very early. It stopped taking orders at 5 on a MNSSHP night in 2009.

While Cosmic Rays stays open during the party, the menu is scaled back starting around 6 PM. When we ate there before the party, we were among the last to be able to order the chicken and ribs.

Thanks all. I'm one of the few people that likes TS for lunch and CS for dinner. I didn't want to be left without a olace to go, so I think I'll plan on one of the others mentioned.

According to last year's map, Casey's and Cosmic Rays were be open during the party, and also Pecos Bill's, but that closed at 9.

I won't be there during the party, so that doesn't matter. I'm looking for resturants that will be open straight thru the regular hours, at least.
