I highly recommend Flame Tree BBQ in AK, their bbq chicken salad is YUMMO!

That does look delicious! I've got to try that on my next trip.
We try to eat healthy in the parks as well. Our choices have been:
MK: Columbia Harbour House -- fish and shrimp baskets
AK: Flame tree for great BBQ; Yak and Yeti for great chinese take out window
EP: Lots of options: we like Mexican and Marekesh, fish and chips at the English CS
DHS: we almost always go to ABC Commissary, curry chicken, cuban sandwich more
