CS Pepper Market, any DDP restrictions?

I am looking at the menu for this location and it seems that the DDP would be an excellent value here. Any restrictions I should be aware of? Thanks in advance.

You are limited on which desserts you can choose. There is a case in the dessert section which is off limit to those using the DDP.

The under $4 rule is for snacks not desserts.

As for what we could get for dessert at the Pepper Market, we were limited to the pastries (like danishes, scones, etc. no fancy pastries) that were out and a warm apple dish. The case that was off limits had more elaborate deseert and they certainly looked better than some of the offerings.

Only limitation, for breakfast, at least, is that the food isn't very good.

All items in the case were over $4, all were off limits. As was the soft serve ice cream. However you could get a scoop of ice cream with the DDP. We were happy to see that you could get a smoothie as your drink. Yum!
