CS or snack credit- Boardwalk>>>?

At Boardwalk Bakery are the Baked goods able to be purchased w/ a snack credit from DDP?

Also, is a Dole Whip able to be purchased w/ a snack credit?

And lastly, Main Street Bakery at MK says they serve breakfast selections... Kids can get same selection as adults for CS??

I believe Main Street bakery is actually primarily snack credits so kids/adults can all choose the same stuff.

I did the math on the DDP (just choosing what I think my family will eat - not the most expensive thing) and without even counting in snack credits and not yet figuring up 2 CS meals we're like $12 ahead at this point. I did it b/c I was originally going to go commando like you - use snack credits for breakfast & all that but now I don't even care about getting any value out of the snack credits really. At this point, all our snacks are free so I don't mind paying $6 or so for CS at the hotel for breakfast and instead using the snack as a snack inside the park.

Is my rambling making any sense? The phone keeps ringing here at work. I'm more than happy to c/p my DDP plans if you'd like to see it all laid out. It isn't a whole lot of info though, just a quick comparison.

Oh and there's a neat post as a sticky up at the top here that lists all snacks on DDP. Very helpful! (Dole Whips are included btw)

Thx! No, I did the math too and with our family of 7 (6 "adults" 1 child) we are definitely saving!
DDP is going to break down to 259.93 a day for all 7 of us and 3 of our table service meals will be way beyond that alone not counting any CS credits or snacks so I am very pleased with what we will receive on the DDP!

Our dilemma is our 1 child, 7 yrs old- eats like the rest of us so I am having an issue w/ finding CS places where he will also have a variety to choose from- he may want a pizza or burger once but for the most part he will like ribs, chicken, noodle bowls, etc as well... so I am looking at places where we can all enjoy and use his child CS credit- (seems MK is limited everywhere)
He can always share w/ one of us but I also don't want to leave 4 CS credits for child wasted- we must use a few while we are there- as we depart if any are left over I am fine w/ picking up a few chicken nugget meals to get on the road with but while we are in the park or resort and eat BBQ, paninis, quesadillas, etc- he will want similar- not chicken nuggets, applesauce and a cookie...
& Yes, even if I have to pay OOP for him to have a regular selection we will still be ahead- I just don't want to leave credits on the table so I would like a few options to use them as we can.
Oh & the snack credit question is for me- the baked selections look so good I would love to get one w/ a snack credit! I don't think I will get too many Mickey Bars or Rice Krispie treats myself... The kids will probably get our snack credits anyway, and we will pay OOP for any "extras" we come across for ourselves. But It was nice to know up front- just in case!
Thx for your tips! I must say, this being our first trip and Dining Plan experience, I think we will truly enjoy everything- Only issue I see is not having enough time to eat more places if we also want to enjoy the parks and resort- LOL But I have my very long list of places to try and plan to try all little by little as we take more trips... For July I haven't decided yet but we will more than likely try all different places than we do the first time around...
Oh! We are also eating at T-rex our arrival day OOP- I think it will be the highlight for the kids other than Chef Mickey's! My two youngest boys are Dinosaur freaks- have been obsessd since they were toddlers w/ dinos.. I love they have a place like this!
