CS opening times during March 2013?

I have read in some threads that the CS are not always open during the day in DLP. As we are planning on mainly eating at CS; are they closed all day, some of the day, or more are closed during quieter times of the year? Any help, really appreciated.

There's no real rule to it and who knows what they might be doing in a couple of weeks or months less alone next March.

Normally if they are closed at lunch time they will be closed all day, it's very rare that you'll get one opening up for the afternoon/evening (when applicable)

More are closed out of season as they don't employ enough people to work all year round, they'd say that's not economically viable.

Not much help I'm afraid but it's too early to say what the opening hours will be or which ones will be open yet
