CS open during EMH

Does anyone remember what places are open to eat during EMH at each park?

I was wondering this too, specifically what time CS locations shut during PM EMH at AK when the EMH hours there are 5 - 8pm.

Please someone???? or which ones stay open until park closing. We are planning on having dinner at 4:30 and staying in the park through the EMH and I know my teen boys will need something before 1 am in some cases 10 pm in others.
