Has anyone used the new DxDDP for a counter service meal yet ?? I am wondering how that works. I am thinking we are going to get the DxDDP but I know there will be times when we use a CS instead of a TS. We want to go to Earl of Sandwich and a couple of places in the parks. We were wondering what you would get with the DxDDP for a CS meal....

An entree item or combo meal*, a (medium, I think) fountain beverage, and a dessert.

*To the best of my recollection, EoS doesn't offer combo meals - just sandwiches or salads.

We did almost all table service meals but 1 ended up with 1 credit each for myself, DH, and DD.
We skipped breakfast ressies for Hollywood and Vine and slept in - don't worry I called to cancel the ADR first just in case someone was hoping to get it.
Then that night I used 1 CS at Roaring Fork at the Wilderness Lodge - our last night.
On our last day a few hours before we left we were at Downtown Disney - I stopped by the Earl of Sandwich to see if I could use my remaining two credits there and they said I could. I don't think the deluxe plan differs any from the regular dining plan. I was able to get a sandwich, a dessert, and a drink. I was happy because we had lunch for the flight back home - minus the drink - and that I used all of my credits.
Hope this helps!

We used our last one TS at Earl of Sandwich also yesterday. I ordered my sandwich, took a bottle of milk and a yogurt Parfait with no problem. I went to Goofy's candy company to use up our snack credits. When I came back, my husband was still waiting for the cashier to check him out. It turned out that he tried to use CS. I told him it is TS and he finally got it. You got the same selection as the regular plan though. It was about $9 for my order, not a good value. But we were so stuffed that we really don't care to seat through another TS meal.
